Signature Builders Inc. was established in 2000 in Ottawa, Ontario.
As the President of the company, I have over 20 years of experience in residential construction and a college diploma in Architectural Technology. I started framing as a summer job, and I’ve never looked back.
I have extensive experience from drafting, to framing, to renovations, to project management. My technical training in Architecture is an asset I bring to every construction project. I’ve been an assistant foreman, then foreman for a company specializing in framing retirement residences.
After working in the United States for two years, I took up residence in the beautiful city of Ottawa and started my own company, Signature Builders Inc., with my wife Estelle who has a background in Interior Design. In that time we’ve built a reputation we are proud of. While an important part of our business has been residential framing in new developments , we also have extensive experience in framing luxury homes. Project management of custom homes and renovations of all types are part of our repertoire.
Our team is comprised of proven experienced employees who share our commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We’ve worked with mutual trust with our skilled trades for many years. We always treat our employees and sub-contractors with respect and appreciation.
Our framing leader and project manager is Martin Gauthier who has over 15 years of experience. He manages our framing for approximately 200 units per year. His attention to detail and dedication to his work ensures that our framing projects always meet and exceed industry standards.
Luc Faucher brings over 25 years of experience and keeps our custom homes and renovations division projects going smoothly. He manages subcontractors and ensures the work is done in a timely manner, while delivering nothing less than great workmanship.
